
Mother's Morning Out
Purpose
Mother’s Morning Out (MMO) is a time for moms, dad, or grandparents to bring their young children to the church for a quality morning child care program. During this time parents may leave the church grounds to attend to personal errands, appointments and the like.
Enrollment
Enrollment is now open. Registration forms may be obtained through this website or by contacting the Children’s Ministry Office (located on the third floor of the children’s building). Forms are processed in the order they are received. Should a waiting list become needed parents will be notified as to the status of their registration. Space is limited!!!
Dates & Times
MMO begins Tuesday, September 1, 2009. Regular days of operation are Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Late charges will be added for after hours pick up. MMO will follow the Traditional Public County Schools schedule and will be closed the following dates:
Sept. 29 & Oct. 1 (Flex Day Camp)
November 26 (Thanksgiving)
Dec. 21 - Jan. 1 (Christmas Break)
April 5 - 9 (Spring Break)
Requirements
Enrolling children 6 weeks of age through 5 years. Parents are responsible for providing all personal care items such as diapers, extra clothes, bottles, formula, etc… Please bring all items labeled with child’s first and last name in an obvious manner. Please apply sunscreen on children before arrival, we will be outside some of the time. Have your child wear good shoes for outside play time. We will be providing healthy snacks for your child. Let us know of any allergies.
Tuition & Cost
Parents may choose one day per week or two days per week.
MMO Daily rates are $10.00 per child ($8.00 / 2nd and 3rd child).
Bible Study Daily rates are $3.00 per child.
Children may be dropped off no earlier than 8:30 and must be picked up by 11:00 to avoid late charges. Late fees equal $5 for the first 15 minutes after scheduled pickup and $5 for every 15 minutes there after. Children may not be accepted for care if payment is not made. Payments are made on a weekly basis.
Illness Policy
MMO will follow the ill child policy of First Baptist Church. In order to keep children healthy and help sick children recover, children who experience the following should remain at home: has a fever, vomiting, diarrhea, pinkeye, sore throat, severe cough, unexplained rash, and symptoms of any contagious illness in the past 24 hours.
